We are buyers, not salespeople. We provide a guaranteed high-quality service at competitive rates and charge fairly, in a manner agreed with you up front.

You pay the supplier for the products or services we buy for you, not us.

Our fee is usually the equivalent of a small percentage of the value of the purchase, is fixed beforehand and you pay us separately. We act specifically for you, independently of any supplier, with your interests being our sole purpose.

The price for our services will depend upon what work we do for you and the complexity of the assignment. Payments can be staged and we never invoice for any work until the deliverables are fully met against what has been agreed. Our clients always feel that they have received excellent value for the services provided whilst being represented by professional high quality people.

For open-ended assignments or any that our clients cannot commit to in full, we can charge for time spent and agree hourly, daily or weekly rates up-front depending upon which team members are needed. For clients with cost savings as their priority, we can also consider incentives based on the value of savings we generate against an existing cost or advertised price. All charging is flexible.
